The New York Jets have made another special teams move and their roster got younger in the process. The team announced that kicker Greg Zuerlein has been released: Zuerlein, 37, has spent the past three seasons in New York.

New York certainly is not a playoff team for 2025, although Glenn will aim to start building some hope for the future with an aggressive, physical collective style of play. As a true full-time starter again, Fields will be freed up to display his versatile skills that led to 1,143 rushing yards in 2022.
