The water we use has been purified for us. Water from natural sources such as lakes and rivers contain a number of other substances, some of which can be harmful to our health.

There's purified water, which is water from local sources (a.k.a. tap water) that has been filtered, and there's natural spring water, which is sourced from springs across the United States.
