An offseason of looming questions about the Cincinnati Reds' TV broadcasts in 2026 resulted in the club opting to have MLB produce and distribute its games this coming season.

At least six teams are expected to leave their regional sports network, Main Street Sports, and join Major League Baseball, essentially shedding their once-lucrative local media contracts, sources told ESPN on Monday.

Major League Baseball will produce and distribute all local Cincinnati Reds game broadcasts during the 2026 season. Under this new agreement, fans in the team’s home television territory will be able to watch all locally distributed Reds games via cable and satellite providers or stream digitally on Reds.

Local Milwaukee Brewers games will be produced and distributed by Major League Baseball, making broadcasts available to in-market fans on cable and satellite television as well as through MLB’s direct-to-consumer streaming platform.
