House Speaker Pat Grassley is calling for a special legislative session to override Kim Reynolds' veto of a bill dealing with eminent domain.

Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds has vetoed a bill restricting the use of eminent domain for carbon capture pipelines. The bill would have required that projects requesting to use eminent domain serve the public’s interest.
