CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A man accused of shooting and killing a man in Walnut Hills faced a judge Monday. Cincinnati Police say John Smith shot Jason Bennett in a car on Gilbert Avenue on June 28.

John S. Smith went home to our Lord on February 19, 2025. John was born on June 9, 1939, in Camden, NJ. He attended St. Joseph’s University and married the love of his life a week after graduation.
