FM Nirmala Sitharaman will continue to hold the record of presenting the most budgets on a trot - eight straight budgets under Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Sitharaman will present the budget today at 11:00 am. The Parliamentary Budget session kicked off on January 31, 2025. The session is being conducted in two phases: the first part runs from January 31 to February 13, while the second segment is scheduled between March 10 and April 4.

The first part of the Budget session will conclude on February 13 before breaking for recess to examine the Budget proposals.
