Finally, the Google Chrome incognito mode is getting the dark theme support natively. It is available for Chrome Canary v91.

YouTube could be on the verge of gaining a new set of handy features, including a Dark Theme and Incognito mode. The app could also be about to make it slightly easier for users to skip ads on videos.

The latest version of the YouTube app included some nuggets found within the app's code that may or may not see the light of day in a future update.
