First Alert Weather Days have been issued for Saturday and Sunday due to the severe weather threat in the afternoons and evenings.

While summer rolls on throughout much of Texas, rounds of tumultuous thunderstorms are expected to continue wreaking havoc on parts of the Lone Star State into the early part of the week. High temperatures are likely to remain in the high 80s and low 90s across the state,

At 8:11 p.m. on Sunday, the NWS Fort Worth TX issued an updated severe thunderstorm warning in effect until 9:30 p.m. The warning is for Hood, Parker, Erath and Palo Pinto counties.
