The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority is building a $534 million tollway near Chicago O’Hare International Airport.

The I-490/I-390 Interchange Project, funded by the Illinois Tollway, is estimated to cost about $534 million, including money collected at the tolls, and is slated to be completed by the end of 2027.
