Kristin Cavallari wished her son Jaxon a happy 10th birthday with an adorable throwback photo that showed the two of them sharing a smooch.

A celebratory post is in order for rising Seattle Seahawks star Jaxon Smith-Njigba! The former Buckeye-turned Seahawks Pro Bowler turned 23 years old today, officially entering into his Jordan year.

"Happy birthday to my baby bull, Jaxy!" ... Aside from Jaxon, Cavallari shares two additional children with ex-husband Jay Cutler: son Camden Jack, 11, and daughter Saylor James, 8.

Jaxson has myotonic dystrophy, a congenital condition in the same family as muscular dystrophy. He's had nine surgeries and continues to see various specialists at Oishei Children's Hospital.
