USDA Recalls Over 16,000 Pounds Of Walmart Ground Beef Due To Potential E. Coli Contamination In May 2024, more than 16,000 pounds of raw ground beef products were recalled by FSIS.
This is the second major recall for Wolverine Packing Co., which also recalled 1.8 million pounds of ground beef in 2014 due to E. coli concerns.
