VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Funk Fest is returning to the Virginia Beach Oceanfront at the end of the summer, with two nights of free live music on August 26 and 27.

The Oceanfront at 24th Street will be filled with two full days of music, food and vendors on Friday and Saturday. The city is celebrating the 15th annual Virginia Beach Funk Fest Party.
