8BitMods has released the VMU Pro, a Dreamcast memory card with enhanced storage, battery life, and integrated 8-bit emulators.
In a particularly nice touch the Pi’s USB connectivity is brought out alongside the SD card on the end of the Zero, under the cap that would have originally protected the VMU’s connector.
Part memory card, part second screen accessory, the VMU was also a mini-game console with its own small library of mini-games. It wasn’t perfect but it was such a cool idea.
