Oliver and Company has long been one of Disney's forgotten movies and I will no longer tolerate that. Now that we all have Disney Plus , everyone can see that this movie is a total triumph.

The pitch might have gone something like this: “Oliver Twist” … but with dogs … starring a cat. The result is “Oliver & Company,” an animated film released by Disney in 1988.
