ALDI, Costco and Trader Joe’s will not be open on Nov. 27 for the federal Thanksgiving holiday. Costco closes its locations seven times during the year. In addition to Thanksgiving, the stores also close for New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and Christmas Day, according to Costco’s website.

Veterans Day will be observed on Tuesday, Nov. 11, this year. Will banks, post offices, and public libraries be closed that day?
