Sabores Fit Bakery recalled a variety of its mousse desserts on June 20 because of the undeclared presence of allergens.
In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of the heavy cream just to a simmer over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Let stand for 2 minutes, then whisk until smooth.
If using a chocolate that's less than 70% cacao, don't add the maple syrup to begin with; taste after blending, then add maple syrup to taste. Feel free to swap the maple syrup with agave nectar.
