Departure used to be at 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. (Tanah Merah to Bintan Lagoon), and the return trip was either at 11.45 a.m. or 5.10 p.m. (Bintan Lagoon to Tanah Merah). The ferry ride was 75 minutes.
