The Las Vegas Raiders don't yet have a new head coach. They do, however, have a new leader for their front office, on Wednesday finalizing a deal to hire John Spytek, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' assistant general manager,

Spytek has ties to Vegas minority owner Tom Brady, having played alongside the former QB at Michigan decades before they went on to win a Super Bowl together in Tampa Bay — with Spytek as the assistant GM. He’s now the third full-time general manager in three seasons for the Raiders, who fired Tom Telesco after one year following a 4-13 season.
