PEORIA, Ill. (WAND) - Day three of the Sean Grayson Murder Trial started Wednesday morning with opening statements in a full courtroom in Peoria. Jurors were seated on Monday, but there was no trial activity Tuesday except for a hearing on several motions and evidentiary procedures.
Those attending the trial, which is expected to last a week and a half, will be greeted by protests around the courthouse in downtown Peoria, where the trial was moved after Grayson's attorneys, Daniel Fultz and Mark Wykoff, were granted a motion.
