An Israeli soldier accused of committing war crimes in Gaza has fled Brazil where he was vacationing when the case was brought against him in the South American country.

Israel has warned its troops against posting about their actions in Gaza on social media, after a Brazilian court asked police to investigate an Israeli soldier visiting the country who was accused of participating in war crimes.

A former Israeli soldier who was on vacation in Brazil has fled the country suddenly after a case was brought against him there alleging he was responsible for war crimes while serving in Gaza.
