Tua Tagovailoa will remain Mike McDaniel's starter, but NFL Media reports the Dolphins are promoting rookie Quinn Ewers to QB2 for Miami's Week 7 matchup against the Cleveland Browns. All of the Dolphins' points came on field goals by Riley Patterson, marking the third time in McDaniel's four years they failed to score a touchdown. They are 29-29 during his tenure and well on their way to missing the playoffs for the second straight season.
