Deliverance was its save system, which required Saviour Schnapps. That system is kept in-tact in the sequel, although the recipe is a little simpler this time around. Thankfully, Warhorse has also included the Save and Exit feature that essentially gives you a snapshot.

Deliverance II doesn't mind making you despair for nearly 20 full hours of play before something clicks. It's truly an incredible achievement for Warhorse Studios, but many won't have the patience to see what makes this historical adventure so magical.
