I mean, the scrabble itself is a pedestrian crossing, but the Tokyu Food Show is underneath it, the Shibuya yokocho (along with hundreds of other restaurants) is maybe 300 meters away, there’s a virtual reality place around the corner. Yoyogi Park is within walking distance, you can see a show at the Tokyo Orb theatre at the top of the Hikarie building, you can visit the D47 museum which has a different exhibit every month or so... there’s an insane amount to do in this area.
