No information or communication on where to go for a Physio appointment. Eventually found out it was in the carparks portacabin. Not good enough, as I was now late by 30mins after waiting in receptio… Full review by Anonymous

During an appointment I asked GP to sign a local council form to confirm my parent (it was her appointment) had dementia. GP ask me to take it to reception to be stamped. At reception form was passed… Full review by Anonymous
