Check the price first the stall holders like to inflate the prices if they sniff a tourist. Local restaurants are far better value and quality plenty close by.
It has a old pier, but closed with tapes, must be dangerous to step in, very small and nothing great. I have some photo of the pier, but don't know how to post it as a comment.
Does it take place every day or just at weekends ?

People do visit daily and its not closed at any time of the day. It tends to be more crowded during the evening to see the sunset. Finding parking maybe an issue.
