COA is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing services that enable Volusia County seniors to maintain their independence and remain in their own homes. Our services are designed to enrich the quality of life for seniors. Working with the senior and their families and caregivers, COA creates an individualized plan of care to improve quality of life and overcome obstacles, so that living at home remains an option. Our staff of over 150 employees are well-trained professionals with a heart for seniors. We are a member of the National Council on Aging Association and receive oversight by ElderSource, Florida's Northeast Region Area Agency on Aging and the Department of Elder Affairs.
