I can't remember specifically seeing any dogs in Queen's Park because I was too busy taking photos of other thins but it IS a large public park and therefore presume that do walkers must take the usual precautions when clearing up their mess and putting them in the special bins. Presumably there is someone in Chesterfield Council who is responsible for parks and will be able to give a categorical answer to your question.
