I wish that I knew the answer to this one. I am disabled but don't need a wheelchair, at this time. I do know that they are ADA accessible and their elevators do work. I don't do stairs, as I fall too much as it is. I would suggest calling the Capitol and asking them. They are a super group and were very helpful to us. God Bless, Cindy
