How do I cancel a ROBLOX Support request? Google sucks. It’s not showing me anything. I accidentally selected RTBF (Right to be Forgotten) on a data privacy request and apparently that means my account will be deleted. How do I retract my ticket?
If roblox support is slow you havent seen discord support.. They literally took 12 days to fix my account when it was gonna be deleted in 14 days. I wouldnt know why roblox support would take so long They usually respond with 2 days for me.
After that, I decided to log out and make a support ticket in the logging page, but this time I get no reply that my request is in further review. Please it's been 16 days since my account got terminated and roblox isn't replying help me please.
I would suggest that you send another, they may have missed your support ticket! happened to me recently, they havent responded in 5 days and i sent another email and they finally replied to the new one but never responded to the other (roblox replies to every email even if you send a new one so if they dont that means they missed your support ...
I emailed ROBLOX of my account being “hacked” on Monday of this week, I got the automated ticket and waited till Wednesday saying my ticket was still in place but due to the amount of tickets they just wanted to confirm it was still in the runs.
