The aggregate was exposed after the retarder/pressure washing. It almost seems too much of the concrete was removed, leaving more of the small pebbles exposed above the concrete....thus, a bumpy surface.
Last time I did it over exposed aggregate at a friends house the bit wanted to walk like crazy which made it very hard to drill accurately.. Anyway to more precisely drill these?
